Twilight Necklace

The MancessoriesUSA Twilight Necklace features a thick rectangular slab of Petrified Fluorite with blended hues of white, violet, tan and brown. Close inspection reveals a crystalline structure. The silver finished lead-free pewter and light tan lava harmonize perfectly with the centerpiece.

Fluorite was named after the Latin word, fluere, meaning “to flow,” stemming from Fluorite’s ability to act as a flux between metals. Because of its rainbow coloring, Fluorite was thought to house rainbows. 

One of the more spectacular attributes of this stone is called fluorescence, and refers to Fluorite’s ability to glow in the dark after having been exposed to UV light.
